There Are Still White Knights!

I met my husband Tim, at all places Applebee's restaurant on a blind date! There were no expectations, no moats or castle banners waving, no horses or ladies in waiting.
During that first date, he was considerate and very funny, so I decided to continue on this path. As we dated and then married, I learned a lot from this man and what he stands for. So for the first time in my life, I learned what love truly is.
Tim taught me that love doesn't know blood lines or DNA. That there is patience and understanding, there is forgiveness for others and for me.
That you always don't have to be right, that everyone has a past, and that is what makes the future so great, it's a do over!
When there is true love and respect for one another, life's trivial things won't penetrate that bond. Tim stands beside me, fights for me, comforts me and encourages me to be better than I am with out changing me.
When I thought there were no more honorable men or that kind of love doesn't really exists, there he was pulling into a parking space at Applebee's in his White Dodge! My White Knight! I know there are more men like him out there, my granddaughters are counting on it! And as they read the fairy tales in their books, I know they believe....I do too!

Sophia was so excited to see the kittens, especially now that they are bigger and can play! We were all sitting up on the porch and Tim had put the kittens on the porch so she could see them. Suddenly Sophia started grabbing kittens and threw them off the porch! Then she grabbed the rest and gave them a big bear hug! OMG! Then she asked me could she have one! LOL! Tim and I started laughing, well maybe you and the kittens both need to be a little bigger!

My husband Tim, can fix anything! His dad gave him this old plow that was really good for nothing, he could either scrap it or use in yard art!

Picture
Piece by Piece Tim took it apart. He welded and pieced for a week!

Picture
He molded, and welded some more....until!

We now have a brand new Plow!

Tractor Kitty!

The feral cat known to us as Baby used to stay down at our barn all the time. She would only come up to the house to get something to eat. Tim and I trapped her and took her into the vet to be spayed, and given shots. When we got her home we kept her in a cat house for a few days to recover. During this time Tim brought the red tractor from the barn up to the house. When we turned Baby loose she stayed at the house. We couldn't understand why she never went back to the barn.....until one day we caught her sleeping on the tractor! Tim took the tractor back to the barn that next morning. Baby comes to the house to eat, and only eat. She is now back at the barn being the Tractor Kitty!
