Spray Pam in a skillet and melt 1 TBS of butter, on about medium heat.
Use a dough cutter and take out the middle of a slice of bread.
Place the bread in the skillet and crack an egg in the center.
At this time, use any type of spices you like. You can also add grated cheese, diced ham!
When the underside of the toast is browned, just flip over to cook other side!
And there you have it! If you like you can slice tomatoes, or add cheese on top!
Oh and the pieces of bread we took out of the middle, I take out and feed the birds! LOL! And thats what's cooking on the farm!
