Tim's Dove & Bacon!

Tim is thawing his dove meat getting ready to make dinner!

Now I have never eaten dove meat, so this will be my first experience! And I have to say it was delicious!

So here is Tim's directions:

Cut the breast meat off the bone, this will give you two halves. Wash in warm water. Lay your meat out and season with hot pepper flakes, (or whatever seasonings you prefer). Next you can place a small slice of jalapeno and a small slice of bacon. Then put the two halves together and wrap with a full slice of bacon, place a toothpick to hold. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees until bacon is crisp at this point the meat will be done also. You can also cook on grill!

Serve as an appetizer or on a bed of crispy rice for a meal!
