You will need some Puff Pastry any brand, Strawberry Jam, Heavy Whipping Cream, sugar, melted butter, and a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Cut the Puff Pastry any size you want, put about 3 TBS. of the Strawberry Jam in the middle.
Place the other half of the Puff Pastry on top and either use a fork to seal around edges, or pinch up as if you were doing a pie! Brush with melted butter. Place on baking sheet, put into the oven on 325 degrees, until Puffed up and brown.
Next pour the heavy whipping cream into the mixer. Mix on high while slowly pouring in 2 TBS. of sugar. The Whipped Cream is ready when it thickens. And yes Alivia needed to taste to make sure it was good!!!
You can use any type of Jam you prefer! Enjoy and thats what's cooking on the farm!
