



![]() I start by cooking my onions in olive oil, just until they start to brown. ![]() Take the onions out and place your roast in, and brown on both sides. Season your roast with, pepper, salt, garlic and rosemary! I also take a knife and slice open 1/2 inch pockets in roast and push in several pieces of garlic. ![]() Next place your roast in your crock pot on high heat, add the onions. Pour over the top Campbell"s Beefy Mushroom soup. (Do not add water.) ![]() Cover and cook for 4-5 hours depending on your crock pot. When you can stick a fork through the meat, add potatoes, and carrots, and cook for another hour until tender. Serve on a platter or right from the crock pot. The roast makes its own gravy from the soup! Enjoy! And thats what's cooking on the farm!
