Take and add to your hamburger meat, 1 grated potato, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and 1 onion chopped.
In a bowl mix 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of stewed tomatoes, a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of Plum jelly, 1 tablespoon of mustard. Mix well.
Make your hamburger meat into a log shape and place into a well greased pan.
Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the hamburger meat. This will make a wonderful gravy when finished cooking.
Cook at 325 degrees until meat is done in the middle! Serve with any vegtables you like!!! Great for sandwiches the next day also!! Enjoy! And thats what's cooking on the farm!!!
