






![]() Peel and cut into small pieces one potato, also cut a large onion and set aside. Mix 1-2 lbs. hamburger meat with any spices you like, add 1/2 of potato, and mix well and make into patties. (any size you like) ![]() Place patties into a skillet with a little olive oil and brown on both sides. ![]() While your patties are cooking. Open 6 beef bouillon cubes and place into 2 Cups of hot water. Stir until cubes have dissolved. ![]() When browned on both sides, remove hamburger patties and place onto a plate. Using a whisk scrap bottom of skillet, add onions and rest of potatoes and 1/2 stick of butter. Let cook until onions are brown. ![]() Add 2-3 TBS. of flour and whisk until flour is mixed in well. Slowly add the beef broth mixture, whisking the whole time. ![]() When gravy starts to thicken, add steaks back into skillet. Let simmer, with cover for 10-15 minutes to finish cooking. ![]() You can serve the hamburger steaks with the gravy over buttered noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Thats what's cooking on the farm!
