In a skillet put 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 Tablespoon of black pepper, 1/3 cup of fresh Rosemary, mix together and heat on medium high.
Put your roast in skillet and brown on each side, take roast from skillet and place in crockpot. Now add to the skillet banana peppers and onions, put as many as you like.
Pour the mixture in skillet on top of the roast. Cook in the crockpot on high for at least 3-4 hours or until a fork can be easily inserted into roast. Cut into slices and serve on platter!
