Mix 1 1/4 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup of corn starch, 1/4 tsp. of salt and 3 cups of milk in a sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until it starts to thicken.
Take 3 egg yolks and beat in mixer, take some of the hot pudding and add slowly into the egg mixture being careful to not cook the egg. When finished, pour the egg mixture into the saucepan with pudding mixture and cook for 2 minutes more, stirring the whole time. Then take off heat and add 3TBS. of butter and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla and mix well.
Pour into a cooked pie shell! This receipe makes 1 pie. (I always double mine!)
Pour Heavy Whipping Cream in your mixture. As its mixing add 4-6 TBS. of sugar. When the cream forms peaks, stop mixer and place on pies! You can also shave chocolate on the top if you prefer! Enjoy! And thats what's cooking of the farm!
