Pulse your chocolate chips until almost fine.
Next add 4 eggs, 21/2 teaspoons of vanilla, 1/4 teaspoons of salt, and 1 Tablespoon of orange zest.
Pulse together until mixture is mixed well. Next take 8 oz. of strong and very hot coffee (I use decaf, but you can use regular), Start pulsing mixture and in a steady pour add coffee mixing until smooth.
Place on a cookie sheet and put into refridgerator for atleast 3-4 hours or until mixture is firm.
So good and so easy!
For an adult dessert you can add, 4 Tablespoons of Coconut Rum! It's so good!
