Pour 2 cups of Chocolate Chips onto the pan, spreading out.
Combine 3/4 cup of coarsely chopped salted cashews, 3/4 cup of coarsely chopped Macadamia Nuts, 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 Tablespoons of light corn syrup in a heavy sauce pan.
Cook over medium low heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved, then increase heat, stirring constantly until mixture begins to cling together and turns golden brown, this takes about 6-10 minutes.
Then pour mixture over chocolate chips, spread evenly. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Break into pieces. Store in a plastic container in a cool place.

Enjoy!
