Picture
Start by cutting your venison up into bite size pieces, Next place in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons salt, 3 teaspoons pepper, 2 teaspoons of garlic salt. Mix well.
Next add enough flour to coat each piece.
In a iron skillet put about 2 cups of Crisco oil, and bring to medium heat.

Place venison pieces into skillet. Continue cooking until meat is fried on both sides. Continue turning meat in the cooking process so that venison does not burn.
Serve with gravy.
For this meal I fixed Tim's favorites, rice and gravy, fried okra, to go along with the Popcorn Venison!
Enjoy!
