In a crockpot put your roast and add 4 cups of beef stock. Put any kind of herbs you would like at this time also, next add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of mushrooms.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours until roast is tender.
Next add wide egg noodles to crockpot, pushing noodles down into liquid until they are covered.
Let noodles begin to cook and soak up liquid for another 30 minutes, then check to see if noodles are done.

When you serve you can add a little sour cream on top, or serve with a garden salad, or garlic bread!
It is even better the next day!
Enjoy!

Take 2 packages of yeast, 1/2 cup of warm water and 1 Tablespoon of sugar, Mix in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
Next a separate bowl put 5 1/2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, mix and set aside.
Into the yeast mixture add, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 1/2 cups of water, Now is the time to add whatever herbs you want. If you are making two different kinds, do not add the herbs now!
Now you can add the flour mixture, 1 cup at a time mixing well as you go, when you get to the last cup of flour mixture, rub oil onto your hands and knead mixture until all flour is combined. Place a towel over dough and keep in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours.

Once dough has doubled, divide dough. Now is when you can add whatever herbs you want. For this one I added 1 Tablespoon of fresh Rosemary, 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Salt, 1 Tablespoon of Parsley. Kneading well. Take your dough and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Pat out into a oval shape, but not making it too thin. Continue with your other dough, if you want plain, just pat out without adding anything. Now place a towel over both and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees at this time.

Picture
Take your dough and lightly brush olive oil on top and bake for about 30 minutes. If you want to add sea salt on top add before baking!
Next time I cook, I will try to not have a audience! They just can't ever wait until I take a picture of finished product! LOL!
Enjoy!
