Take and add to your hamburger meat, 1 grated potato, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and 1 onion chopped.
In a bowl mix 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of stewed tomatoes, a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of Plum jelly, 1 tablespoon of mustard. Mix well.
Make your hamburger meat into a log shape and place into a well greased pan.
Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the hamburger meat. This will make a wonderful gravy when finished cooking.
Cook at 325 degrees until meat is done in the middle! Serve with any vegtables you like!!! Great for sandwiches the next day also!! Enjoy! And thats what's cooking on the farm!!!
You will need some Puff Pastry any brand, Strawberry Jam, Heavy Whipping Cream, sugar, melted butter, and a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Cut the Puff Pastry any size you want, put about 3 TBS. of the Strawberry Jam in the middle.
Place the other half of the Puff Pastry on top and either use a fork to seal around edges, or pinch up as if you were doing a pie! Brush with melted butter. Place on baking sheet, put into the oven on 325 degrees, until Puffed up and brown.
Next pour the heavy whipping cream into the mixer. Mix on high while slowly pouring in 2 TBS. of sugar. The Whipped Cream is ready when it thickens. And yes Alivia needed to taste to make sure it was good!!!
You can use any type of Jam you prefer! Enjoy and thats what's cooking on the farm!
Cream together 1 cup of shortening, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs.
Next add 1 1/2 cup of flour, 1 1/4 tsp. of soda, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tsp. of salt. Mix well. Next add 1 tsp of hot water, 1 tsp. of vanilla, Mix well. Next add 1 12oz pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 2 cups of quick oatmeal.
Mix and drop by tablespoon size on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees! Enjoy! And thats what's cooking on the farm!
