Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Rolls!

In a skillet combine sausage, onion, and cubed potatoes. Cook until sausage and potatoes are done. Set aside.
Next place your Puff Pastry on a floured surface, roll the pastry out with a rolling pin.
In a bowl mix together the sausage mixture and 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of rosemary. Then add 1 cup of shredded cheese, and mix well. (you can use whatever cheese you prefer.)
Next place this mixture onto the puff pastry and roll as if you were making cinnamon rolls. Then cut into desired size, place in oven at 400 degrees until pastry is browned.

You can serve these with eggs or with your favorite jelly!

Yummy Coffee Cake!

Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan. Next add 3 Tablespoons of instant coffee and 1 cup of boiling water, set aside.
Next to a bowl add 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Now add your butter mixture and mix well.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Add this to the batter and mix well.
You can put this batter in a bundt pan, 13x9 or make layers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When done take out if in a bundt or layer pans and cook cake completely.

For the icing: Melt 11/2 sticks of butter, add 2 Tablespoons of instant coffee, and 4 Tablespoons of half and half, whisking together until smooth, take off heat.
In a bowl add 4 cups of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
Now add butter mixture and blend until well combined.
When cake is cool, pour over entire cake until covered.
So Yummy!

Steak Salad & Homemade Croutons!

Take slices of bread, and spread on butter. Next put on any kind of spices you like! For this salad I use plain and garlic salt!
Next cut bread into pieces and place on cookie sheet. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

Next make your salad anyway you prefer, I even add cucumbers, cheese, sometimes olives. Cook your steak. When steak is done, slice into long pieces and place on salad.
Next add your croutons.
Add your favorite salad dressing, and you are ready to enjoy!

Lemon & Sesame Cookies!

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, Place 1/2 cup of sesame seeds in a baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned. Remove and let cool.
Mix together 1 cup of packed brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of lemon zest, 1 egg slightly beaten, 1 cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 cup of melted butter that has been cooled to room temperature.
Mix well, then add sesame seeds and mix.
Drop by round teaspoons full on to baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, don't over bake. Cool cookies on wire rack.

These cookies are so good! This batter makes about 2 dozen! They are great and light with hot tea or iced tea!
