

In another pot cook either elbow macaroni or whatever pasta you prefer, drain when done and set aside.



![]() Take one stick of butter and 1/2 cup of flour. Melt butter then add your flour along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk together until well combined. ![]() Next add about 4 cups of half and half to mixture. Continue to stir over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken. For this receipe I am adding mild cheddar and jalapeno jack cheese. ![]() Mix your cheese sauce and noodles together. Next pour into a well greased baking dish. Put in the oven on 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. ![]() This receipe is so easy and so good. You can add diced ham, chopped bacon or even mushrooms! Enjoy! And that's whats cooking on the farm!

![]() I just love Banana Bread/Cake. You can also slice real thin, butter on both side toast brown slightly in a skillet. Top with syrup, And you have Banana French Toast! ![]() Cream together 11/2 C. sugar, 1/2 C. Crisco, 2 eggs, 3 ripe bananas, 1 tsp. vanilla. Next put in the dry ingredients. 2 C. flour, 1 tsp soda, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Mix well. At this time you can add chopped pecans or walnuts. ![]() Prepare pan with Pam. You can also coat pan with crisco and a little flour if you prefer. ![]() Place mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees until done. To test to see if done, stick a toothpick in cake if it comes out clean, it's done! About 25-30 minutes depending on your oven. ![]() When slightly cooled, I run a butter knife along the edges and also the center. Place a plate over top and turn over, then remove pan. You can also freeze if you need to. Enjoy!!! Try the Banana French Toast you will love it and so will your family! |
