1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 onion chopped
1 package of chicken thighs
2 Tablespoons of parsley
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons of garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of half and half
In a large skillet add olive oil and lemon juice and heat to medium high. Next season your chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt, place in skillet. Cook until chicken gets a nice golden brown and turn. Now add the lemon slices and the onion. Cover with lid and cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
Remove chicken, lemons, and onions from skillet. Now add about 1/3 cup of half and half and whisk with remaining juices. Pour the lemon gravy over chicken and serve.
