Open 2 cans of Ranch Style Beans, 2 cans of Rotel ( I use mild, however depending on how hot you like it you can use whatever you like.) and 1 Family size Cream of Mushroom Soup. Mix this all together and simmer on low. ![]() Next add spices: One teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons of garlic onion, one teaspoon of season pepper. At this time you can add green chillis or any seasoning that your family prefers for hot or mild. Next add 1/2 of a large white onion, and stir. ![]() Shred the chicken and place in the sauce mix and turn off heat. Next get your casserole dish ready. Spray with Pam, then place Plain Doritos in a layer, Next add a layer of cheese. (Use any kind you like) I use Mexican Blend by Kraft. ![]() Spoon sauce mixture evenly over the top. Repeat the second layer the same and top with cheese. Place in a pre-heated oven 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until done! ![]() This dish freezes very well, just leave off the top layer of cheese and add once the dish is thawed and place in oven! ![]() And that's Alivia's Chicken Dorito Enchiladas!
