Venison Sausage & Tator Tot Breakfast Casserole!

1 Bag of frozen tator tots
1 pound of Venison sausage or any sausage you prefer
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper chopped
2/3 cup of chopped mushrooms
4 Tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of heavy cream
2 teaspoons of salt
3 teaspoons of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
6 eggs, whisked
1-1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

In an Iron skillet add butter, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic salt. On medium heat saute for about 2 minutes. Next add your sausage and cook until done, add the heavy cream and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Now add in your eggs gently mixing with sausage mixture well. Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Then pour the frozen tator tots on the top and bake another 20 minutes or until tator tots are brown.
Add your Pepper Jack Cheese and Serve!
