Take chicken thighs (you can use any part of chicken you prefer) brown in a skillet with about 1/2 cup of olive oil. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt. Once the chicken is browned well on both sides. Add to the skillet 1 jar of Pace Garlic & Lime Verde sauce. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes or until your chicken is done.
Serve over any kind of rice you like. For this recipe I made Mexican rice.
