1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of chopped pecans or almonds
In a bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy then add vanilla. Next add flour until all is combined then add your nuts.
Shape dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-13 minutes until bottom is lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes transfer to cooling rack till completely cooled, then dust with powdered sugar. Keep in a covered container!!
